The Fest was organized with the objective of raising consciousness and changing attitudes toward waste management and recycling, which have been persistent challenges for the city.

To this end, 200 kgs of dry waste were collected from the participants. The waste collected included X ray films, medicine bottles, books, paper, toys, fabric, footwear, broken accessories and suitcases.

In addition, the event also sought to to urge women to de-stress and turn the focus on their well-being. Women actively participated in fun games and Zumba sessions and listened to expert talks by top gynaecologists, dieticians and physiotherapists from Apollo Women’s Hospital.
